Moriarty Appointment.
This project supported coverage of the appointment of Greg Moriarty as Australia's next Ambassador to the United States. The brief was to provide context around his diplomatic background while clearly communicating the significance of the role within the broader geopolitical relationship between Australia and the U.S.
The design integrated archival material, official documentation, and historical references into a structured visual narrative that prioritised clarity and authority. A restrained colour palette and clear typographic hierarchy were used to reflect the seriousness of the subject matter while maintaining readability for broadcast.
This graphic was introduced late into the bulletin and became a key component of the segment. I designed and delivered the full explainer within a four-hour turnaround,in time for the top slot to broadcast audience of 2.1 million.
